Chat Settings Under Staff Profile:

Welcome Message: This is the default message that can be set up so that whenever your staff member accepts a chat request, he can post this message and begin the conversation.

Auto Acceptance: If the auto acceptance is enabled, the incoming chats would be automatically accepted by the staff and the chat would begin.

Chat Display Name: This would be the name of your staff member that will be displayed on the client facing chat box to the client.

Show Profile Image: Your staff can add their own photograph under profile. You can enable this option if you want to display your profile image on the client facing chat box.

Update: Click on Update to save the above changes.
