How to add feedback and rating for ticket?

Steps to add feedback and rating to ticket-

  • Login to the Vision helpdesk account as an administrator.
  • Add Custom field group for feedback in Setting >> Custom field group
  • Create one workflow in Setting>>workflow
    Event -> 'Ticket close'
    Action -> Send email to client and select 'client feedback' email template.
  • Client will get feedback link in email as per variable set for template like {link}index.php?/feedback/{useremail}/{salt}/{ticket_id}
  • Client can give feedback and rating to ticket using this link.
