Staff agents can request a service for the clients on behalf
of the clients from the manage portal:
New >> Request
service
Department:
The department for which the service is to be requested is
to be selected from the drop down.
Client email:
One can search a particular client for whom the service is
to be requested.
Service category:
The particular service category is to be selected from the
drop down.
The choice is to be made depending upon the service category
selected and the request can be placed by Place request option present towards
the bottom.
