How to Pin tickets and clients in Vision helpdesk?

It is possible to pin the tickets and clients in Vision helpdesk. The main purpose to pin these tickets and clients is to visit them easily from the quick view.

Quick steps to pin Tickets in Vision Helpdesk:

  • Login to staff portal or manage portal.
  • Go to the Inbox tab.
  • Select the ticket that you want to pin in Vision Helpdesk.
  • From the Action tab of the tickets select Pin option.
  • The particular ticket is now displayed on the Quick view or Home page under Pinned items.
Quick steps to pin Clients in Vision Helpdesk:

  • Login to the support panel.
  • Go to the Clients tab.
  • Select the client that you want to pin in Vision helpdesk.
  • Select the Pin option in order to pin the particular ticket.
  • The particular client is now displayed on the Quick view or Home page under the Pinned items.
The particular tickets and clients can be removed or unpinned from the list of Pinned items by simply clicking on the cross on the pinned items.
