How to change Client portal logo and color?

The logo and the color for different domains for the client portal can be set up from the settings by admin.

Quick steps to change the color and logo for the client portal:

  • Login to the Vision helpdesk account as an administrator.
  • Go to Settings >> System Section >> Client portal.
  • All the settings related to the client portal such as the client portal logo and the portal color can be set from here.
  • The settings of the client portal can be done domain wise.
  • The color for the client portal, logo for the portal and the default home page that would appear on the client portal can be set from here.
