Insightly Integration

Features available with the Insightly integration:

      - Vision helpdesk offers you integration with Insightly.

      - After integration procedure is done you can visit to ticket details page & select Insightly link under integration section.

      - You will receive all the information of client profile & note details (list contains only those which client mail id match 

        with mail id of ticket owner) which you have added in Insightly account.


In order to integrate Insightly with this system follow the following steps:

Step 1:-  Login to your Insightly account: https://www.insightly.com/

Step 2:-  Go to Profile >> User Settings >> API key. You will get API key from here.

Step 3:-  Log-in to manage portal ,go to admin setting >>integration >>Insightly.



Domain : Domain for which insightly is to be integrated is to be selected from the dropdown

Integration title : You can add integration title here.

Insightly API URL : The URL for Insightly is to be specified here. It should be https://api.insight.ly/v2.1/

API key : Enter API key from Insightly account.(Refer step 2)

Status : It is possible to enable or disable Insightly from here. If Insightly is enabled then it will work for the script and if disabled it will not.

Save : Click on save button

Post Integration

· After integration procedure is done you can visit to ticket details page & select Insightly link under integration section.

· You will receive all the information of client profile & note details which you have added in Insightly account for the same client account.

· Note: After the successful adding of the Insightly account go to: Path: Settings>>Staff Section>>Team>>Integration>>Insightly>> Select Yes.
