Rebrand the support portal

You can customize your staff and client portal to reflect your theme and give your users a memorable customer experience with Vision Helpdesk. You can put up your logo and favicon and also change the theme color for the portals. You can also perform CSS and HTML customizations for the client-facing interface.


Customization of client portal

Log in to your support portal as an administrator.

Go to the Admin settings>> System Settings >> Client Portal.


You can add your company logo. Here you either upload an image or you can enter text.

Favicon is the image that appears on the browser tab near the title of the page.

You can also change CSS and HTML from Customize Client Portal Design button.

After the customizations are done, you can hit update to see the changes reflected in your portal immediately. You can always click on restore to go back to the default settings if things don't result as planned.

You can also enable or disable the menu available on the client portal i.e Incident,Forums, Solutions.

Customization of Staff/Manage portal

Log in to your support portal as an administrator.

Go to the Admin settings>> System Settings >> Manage Portal.

You can change the theme color of Admin/staff portal by selecting the color, if you do not like the new color and want to set it back to default then you can use the reset theme option.

You can set the default language for portal and also change the favicon icon.
