It simplifies the way to track and assign project tasks to multiple staff agents. It helps the staff agents to post comments and attach files for the task pages.

Create Task:

A particular task can be created by entering the name of the task on the text box and the selecting the Create option, the particular task gets created by this.

Task Listing:

All the tasks get listed along with the image of the staff member by whom it is created also on mouse over hold displaying the details of the staff members. It will also display the date and time when the particular task is created.

It will also display the status of the particular task along with the comment count for the task.

Updating a task:

The particular task can be updated by selecting it from the listing.

Created by:

Towards the top it will display the name of the staff agent by whom the task has been created.

Progress:

The status of the task can be checked by the progress of the task. It will display the status of the particular task.

Task title:

The title of the task can be changed and updated from here.

Description:

The description for the particular task can be described here.

Priority:

In order to differentiate between the urgency of the task there can be different priority that can be set for the particular task.

Start date and End date:

In order to track the progress of the particular task there can be start and end date that can be entered for the particular task.

Set schedule:

There can be the recurrence that can be set for the particular task by selecting the Repeat Never option. Based on this there can be recurrence that can be set for the task as Daily, Weekly or Monthly.

Assigned to:

Task can be assigned to the staff members by entering their name.Thus a single task can be assigned multiple staff members.

Status:

The status of the particular task can be selected from here. The particular task can be either marked as cancelled or completed.

Delete and Update:

Task can be deleted by the Delete option that is present at the bottom. The changes that are made for a task can be updated by the Update option.

Comments:

There can be comments that can be added for the task by the staff agents along with the attachments. The number of comments added for a particular task will appear in the listing of task besides status.

Task Filters:

Towards the right there will be various ticket filters that would be displayed along with the count. It helps in distinguishing between various tasks.

My favourites:

In the listing of task if star is marked then it will be listed under My favourites.

My task:

All the task that is created by logged in staff member will be listed under My task.

Assigned task:

Tasks that is assigned to the logged in staff member by other staff members will be listed here.

In progress task:

The task that is in progress or with In progress status will be listed here.

Overdue task:

The tasks that are overdue will be listed here.

Completed task:

Task whose status is marked as completed will be listed under complete task.

Cancelled task:

Task whose status is marked as cancelled will be listed under cancelled task.

Low priority task:

Task whose priority is set as low will be listed here.

Medium priority task:

Task whose priority is set as medium will be listed here.

High priority task:

Task whose priority is set as high will be listed here.
