Blabs is useful to improve workplace communication. It avoids the use of other tools for communication purpose. It is an internal private platform for communication among your agents. They can collaborate/discuss on some important topics and issues.

Agents can also share their knowledge, files, presentations, videos and discuss on Incident issues. Once you have added a new blab you can also select with whom you want to share it. It can be shared with the individual agent or with the group created within the blab.
