Using Single Login the users can login to client portal using Wordpress credentials.
Follow the following steps:
Log-in to Vision helpdesk Manage Portal, Settings >> Single Login >> Wordpress
Domain: Domain for which Wordpress single login settings are to be done is to be selected from the drop down.
Wordpress URL: The URL for Wordpress is to be mentioned here.
Ex: http://example.com/ domain URL with "/"
Status: The status can be either enabled or disabled from here.
The changes can be saved by the Save option and can be deleted by the Delete option.
Wordpress single login : Extract following attach file which contains Wordpress authentication plug-in & install it on Wordpress installation server.
Note: Now clients will be able login to the client portal using Wordpress credentials.
