Using Single Login the users can login to client portal using Joomla credentials.
Follow the following steps:
Log-in to Vision helpdesk Manage Portal, Settings >> Single Login >> Joomla
Domain:
Domain for which Joomla single login settings are to be done is to be selected from the drop down.
Joomla URL:
The URL for Joomla is to be mentioned here.
Ex: http://example.com/ domain URL with "/"
Status:
The status can be either enabled or disabled from here.
The changes can be saved by the Save option and can be deleted by the Delete option.
Joomla single login plugin :
Extract following attach file which contains joomla authentication plugin & install it on joomla installation server.
Now clients will be able login to the client portal using Joomla credentials.
