Using Single login the users can login to the client portal using the SugarCRM credentials.
Follow the following steps:
Log-in to Vision helpdesk Manage Portal,
Settings >> Single login >> SugarCRM
Domain:
Domain for which SugarCRM single login settings are to be done is to be selected from the drop down.
SugarCRM site URL:
SugarCRM site URL is to be mentioned here.
Ex : http://example.com/ domain URL with "/"
Status:
The status can be either enabled or disabled from here.
The changes can be saved by the Save option and can be deleted by the Delete option.
Now clients will be able to login to the client portal using SugarCRM credentials.
