Billing
Billing module consists of all the details of invoices and the transactions that are carried out. All the details of the clients related to the invoice along with the status will be mentioned here. In order to use the Billing module it is necessary that the status of the module should be enabled. Otherwise the access will be denied for the particular module. This can be done by the admin from:
Admin settings>> Module >> Billing>> Status(Enabled)
All
the settings related to the Billing can be done by the admin under
the billing module. All the settings related to Billing can be set
domain wise.
Towards the top Billing Module consists of
tabs such as Summary, Orders, Invoices and Transactions.
1.Summary:
Summary
consist of brief account for billing, it gives a condensed form of
the information. It will display the summary domain
wise.
Domain:
The
particular domain is to be selected from the drop down list. Based on
the domain which is selected, it will display the information related
to that domain.
It will display the count for Today's Income,
Month Income, Year Income, Unpaid Invoice, Overdue Invoice, New
Invoice, Today's due Invoice and Today's paid Invoice .
2.Orders:
Orders
that are placed by the client will be listed here. The products with
paid status will appear under the list of orders. Orders remain
pending until they are reviewed.
Mass
Action on Orders:
It
is possible to select a single order or more than one order and
delete them using the Delete option.
Update
order:
The
status for the particular client can be easily updated using the
update option. When you click on the particular order then the status
for that order can be easily updated.
Status:
By
default the status that is mentioned for the order is pending. The
status will be pending unless it is reviewed by the admin. There can
be various statuses that can be set for the order from the drop down:
Active, Pending, Incomplete and Cancelled.
3. Invoices:
It
contains details related to the invoice of all the clients. At a
quick glance it gives all the information related to the
invoice.
Mass
Action on Invoices:
It
is possible to select one invoice or more than one invoice and
perform different actions on them.
Send:
Using the Send option the particular invoice will be send to the
email address of the client.
Delete :The particular invoice can be deleted using the Delete option.
Mark
unpaid:The
status of the particular invoice can be changed from paid to unpaid
using this option.
Mark
cancelled:The
status of the particular invoice can be changed from paid to
cancelled using this option.
4. Transactions:
The
list of transactions that is carried out for the particular invoice
will be mentioned here.
Transactions:
The
list of transactions that is carried out for the clients would be
mentioned under transactions. Transaction can be considered as the
instance to buy something.
Mass
Action on Transactions:
It
is possible to select a single transaction or more than one
transaction and delete it using the delete option.
