In order to integrate Bigcommerce with Vision Helpdesk follow the following steps:

Step 1] Login to your Bigcommerce Admin account.

Step 2] Go to Settings >> Legacy API Settings to create a new API account.

Step 3] Click Create a Legacy API Account

Step 4] Here one will have to fill the Username and one will get the API Path and API Token from here.

Step 5] After entering the details click on the Save option.

Step 6] Log-in to Vision Helpdesk Manage Portal,

Settings >>Integrations >> Bigcommerce

Domain:

Domain for which Bigcommerce is to be integrated is to be selected from the drop down.

Username:

Username for Bigcommerce is to be specified here. (From Step 4)

API Path:

API path for Bigcommerce is to be specified here. (From Step 4)

API token:

API token for Bigcommerce is to be specified here. (From Step 4)

Status:

It is possible to enable or disable Bigcommerce from here.

If Bigcommerce is enabled then it will work for the script and if disabled it will not.

It is possible to perform Mass Action for Bigcommerce by selecting it from the listing and it can be either enabled or disabled from here.

It is possible to edit or update the particular Bigcommerce setting by selecting it from the listing. The changes can be made and can be

updated from the Update option present at the bottom.

How it works :

1] go to ticket details page & select Bigcommerce link under the Integration section.
2] you will get information of client profile & order details (list contains only those which client mail id match with mail id of ticket owner)
