The settings of the client portal can be done from:

Settings >> System section >> Client portal

Client portal:

Domain:

From the drop down list of the domain the domain name should be mentioned here.

Default home page:


The choice is to be made for default home page from Login, Solution and Submit ticket. Depending upon the choice which is made the particular page would be displayed as the default page.

Client portal logo:


The choice is to be made whether one wishes to display the image on the client portal or the text that would appear on the client portal home screen.

  • Image: The image can be uploaded that would appear and will be displayed on the client portal page.
  • Text: The text can be written here which would be displayed on the client portal page. Also there can be text color that can be selected and the effects such as Bold and Italic that can be given for the same
Portal color:

The color for the client portal can be selected from here.

Client portal theme:

The theme for the client portal can be selected from here.

Date format:


The date format for the client portal can be edited from here. By default the date format is M-jS, Y

Date time format:

The date time format for the client portal can be edited from here. By default the date time format is M-jS, Y G:i

Timezone:


The timezone for the client portal can be set and changed from here.

DST setting:

The DST setting for the client portal can be set for the client portal by checking the check box.

Display pages:

NOTE: If there is any of the module Billing, Solutions or ITIL that are disabled then the options related to it will not appear under Display pages for client portal settings.

In this section it will decide the pages that would be displayed on the client portal.

Submit ticket:


The choice is to be made whether there should be Submit ticket option present at the client portal or not. If No is selected then Submit ticket option will not be available. If Display after login is selected then the submit option will be available after the client logins.

View tickets:

The choice is to be made whether there should be View tickets option at the client portal or not. If Yes is selected then clients can view their tickets along with the details whether the particular ticket is been solved or unsolved.

Billing:

The choice is to be made whether the details of the Billing such as the Invoices, Products and Orders should appear on the client portal or not.

Solutions:


The choice is to be made whether we want the solutions option on the client portal or not. If Display after login is selected then solution option will be available after the client logins.

Register:

The choice is to be made whether we want the Register option on the client portal or not.

Priority:

The choice is to be made whether priority should appear while submitting the ticket, listing of tickets and for the ticket details in the client portal or not.

Ticket type:

The choice is to be made whether ticket type should appear while listing of the tickets and for ticket details in the client portal or not.

Staff name and profile image:

The choice is to be made whether the name of the staff and profile image should appear for the tickets in client portal or not.

Service catalog:

The choice is to be made whether the service catalog option should appear for client portal or not.

Ticket rating:

The choice is to be made whether to show the ticket rating option for the tickets or not.

Assigned to:

The choice is to be made whether to show the names of the staff member to whom the ticket is assigned or not.If the ticket is not assigned to any staff member than Nobody appears for it.

SLA:

The choice is to be made whether the SLA (Response time and Resolution time) should appear for the tickets in the client portal or not.

Html editor:

The choice is to be made whether the html editor should appear while submitting and replying to the ticket in client portal or not.
