Here you are able to create single login for the LinkedIn. Using this single login the users can login to the client portal using the LinkedIn credentials. After the successful procedure on the client portal there will be LinkedIn icon and the clients will be able to login to the client portal using LinkedIn credentials.
Follow the following steps:
Step 1] Create an app for LinkedIn from https://www.linkedin.com/secure/developer.
Step 2] One can get the client id and client secret from the detail page.
Step 3] For the default application permissions keep r_basicprofile, r_emailaddress and r_contactinfo as checked.
Step 4] Log-in to the manage portal.
Domain: Domain for which LinkedIn single login settings are to be done is to be selected from the drop down.
Client id: The client id that one gets while creating the LinkedIn app is to be mentioned here.
Client secret: The client secret that one gets while creating the LinkedIn app is to be mentioned here.
Redirect URL: The URL where it should be redirected needs to be mentioned here. It should be the client URL.
Status: The status can be either enabled or disabled from here.
