Risk can be added for changes from
Settings >>
ITIL Section >> Risk
Note: By
default there are four Risks:
- Low: Low will indicate that the risk
is of less importance.
- Medium: Medium will indicate that
the risk is of moderate importance.
- High: High will indicate an
important risk.
- Very High: Very High will indicate
the risk of very high importance.
Low risk cannot be deleted or its status cannot be changed.
Mass Action on
Risks:
It is possible to select either of the risk or more than one
risk with the help of checklist and to perform the desired action on them.
Risks can be either enabled or disabled.
Any Risk can be deleted using the delete option expect the
Low risk.
Filter List:
Filter list is used to provide more efficient and effective
searches. When you enter filter terms in search box and when filter is applied
then the particular list appears according to the filter that is applied.
Apply Filter:
When all the details regarding the filter are filled then
filter can be applied for particular list of risks. Depending upon the terms
that are filled for the filter to be applied the list appears for the filters.
Add Risk:
Additional risk can be added using the
Add option. When you click on Add you will have the following
fields:
Name:
The name of the risk is to be specified here.
Description:
A short description about the risk can be specified here.
Display order:
If there are many risks that are available then sorting can
be done from the display order. Risk gets sorted
Department access:
It consists of departments that will have the access to the
particular risks. More than one department can be selected at a time. It is
also possible to select all the departments using
All Departments option.
Language translation for risk name:
If the language in the Manage portal is
been translated into some other language and one wishes to translate the risk
name in that language then the translation name for the risk can be added from
here.
Status:
It is possible to enable or disable a
particular ticket risk. If the particular ticket risk is disabled then it will
not be used by the system.
Update Risk:
It is possible to edit or update a particular risk by
selecting it from the listing. The changes can be made and it can be updated
from the Update option present at the bottom.
