Mass Action on
Vendors:
It is possible to select either of the vendor or more than
one vendors with the help of checklist and perform the desired action on them.
Vendor can be either enabled or disabled.
Any Vendor can be deleted using the delete option.
Filter List:
Filter list is used to provide more efficient and effective
searches. When you enter filter terms in search box and when filter is applied
then the particular list appears according to the filter that is applied.
Apply Filter:
When all the details regarding the filter are filled then
filter can be applied for the particular list of vendors. Depending upon the
terms that are filled for the filter to be applied the list appears for the
filters.
Add Vendor:
Additional vendors can be added using the Add option. When you click on Add you
will have the following fields:
Name:
The name for the vendor is to be specified here.
Primary contact:
The primary contact for the vendor is to be specified here.
Email:
The email for the vendor is to be specified here.
Description:
A short description about the vendor is to be mentioned
here.
Address:
Address of the vendor is to be mentioned here.
Department access:
It consists of departments that will have access to
particular vendor. More than one departments can be selected at a time. It is
also possible to select all the departments using All Departments option.
Status:
The status of the vendor can be either enabled or disabled
from here.
Update Vendor:
It will display all the details of the vendor. All the basic details of the vendor that was filled while
adding vendor will be displayed along with the status of the vendor. It
consists of two tabs at the bottom:
Product:
There can be a product that can be added for the particular
vendor from the Add product option.
Number of products can be added for the particular vendor. It will be listed
under this tab. Also all the information of the product can be updated by
selecting the particular product.
Profile:
All the details of the profile of the vendor can be updated
from here.
