In order to integrate blesta with Vision Helpdesk follow the following steps:

Step 1] Login to your blesta admin panel.

Step 2] Go to setting>>System tab>>API access you will get the API key from here.

Step 3] Go to My info>>Account you will get Username from here.

Step 4] Log-in to Vision helpdesk Manage Portal,

Settings >> Integrations >> Blesta

Domain:


Domain for which Blesta is to be integrated is to be selected from the drop down.

API User:

The Username for blesta is to be mentioned here.

API Path:

The API Path for blesta is to be mentioned here.

API token:

The API token for blesta is to be specified here.

Status:

It is possible to enable or disable blesta from here. If blesta is enabled then it will work for the script and if disabled then it will not.

It is possible to perform Mass Action for blesta by selecting it from the listing and it can either be enabled or disabled from here.

It is possible to edit or update the particular blesta setting by selecting it from the listing. The changes can be made and it can be updated from the Update option present at the bottom.

How it works :


1] go to ticket details page & select Blesta link under integration section.
2] you will get information of client,package & invoice details (list contains only those which client mail id match with mail id of ticket owner).
