In order to integrate Jira with Vision Helpdesk follow the following steps:

Step 1] Login to your Jira account.

Step 2] Open the Jira profile page where you will find the username and password.

Step 3] Login to Vision helpdesk Manage portal,

Settings >>Integrations >> Jira

Domain:

Domain for which Jira is to be integrated is to be selected from the drop down.

Username:

The username for jira is to be entered here. (From step 2)

Password:

The password for jira is to be entered here. (From step 2)

Jira URL:

The URL for the jira is to be entered here. For eg: https://test.atlassian.net

Status:

The status for jira can be either enabled or disabled from here. If jira is enabled then it will work and if disabled then it will not.

The changes can be saved by the Save option and can be deleted by the Delete option that is present at the bottom.

How it works :

It is possible to link issue and create the issue with the tickets from the helpdesk. For the tickets under the Integration section for Jira this option will be present.

One is even able to view the issue using View issue in jira option and unlink the issue for the tickets using Unlink issue option.
