In order to integrate Insightly with Vision Helpdesk follow the following steps:

Step 1] Login to your Insightly account: https://www.insightly.com/

Step 2] Go to Profile >> User Settings >> API key

Step 3] One will get the API key from here.

Step 4] Log-in to Vision Helpdesk Manage Portal,

Settings >>Integrations >> Insightly

Domain:

Domain for which Insightly is to be integrated is to be selected from the drop down.

Insightly api url:

The URL for insightly is to be specified here. It should be https://api.insight.ly/v2.1/

API key:

The API key that one gets from Insightly is to be mentioned here. (From Step 2)

Status:

It is possible to enable or disable Insightly from here. If Insightly is enabled then it will work for the script and if disabled it will not.

It is possible to perform Mass Action for Insightly by selecting it from the listing and it can be either enabled or disabled from here.

It is possible to edit or update the particular Insightly setting by selecting it from the listing. The changes can be made and it can be

updated from the Update option present at the bottom.

How it works :

1] go to ticket details page & select Insightly link under the Integration section.
2] you will get information of client profile & note details (list contains only those which client mail id match with mail id of ticket owner)
