In order to integrate FreshBooks with Vision Helpdesk follow the following steps:

Step 1] Login to your FreshBooks account: https://www.freshbooks.com/

Step 2] Go to My Account and select FreshBooks API tab.

Step 3] One will get the API URL and Authentication Token from here.

Step 4] Log-in to Vision helpdesk Manage Portal,

Settings >>Integrations >> FreshBooks

Domain:

Domain for which FreshBooks is to be integrated is to be selected from the drop down.

Freshbooks domain:

The domain for FreshBooks is to be mentioned here.

Access token:

The Access token for FreshBooks is to be specified here. (From Step 3)

Status:

It is possible to enable or disable FreshBooks from here. If FreshBooks is enabled then it will work for the script and if disabled then it will not.

It is possible to perform Mass Action for FreshBooks by selecting it from the listing and it can either be enabled or disabled from here.

It is possible to edit or update the particular FreshBooks setting by selecting it from the listing. The changes can be made and it can be

updated from the Update option present at the bottom.

How it works :

1] go to ticket details page & select Freshbooks link under the Integration section.
2] you will get client details,list of invoice & project of that client (list contains only those which client mail id match with mail id of ticket owner).
