In order to integrate Magento with Vision Helpdesk follow the following steps:
Step 1] Login to your Magento Admin Panel.
Step 2] Creating a Role: From the Magento Dashboard go to
System >> Web Services >> SOAP/XML–RPC – Roles
Step 3] Click Add New Role from the top.
Step 4] Fill in the Role Info and from the Role Resources tab, select Resource Access >> All
Step 5] Click Save Role after you are done entering the details.
Step 6] Creating a User: Once the role has been created, one must now create a User. Go to
System >> Web Services >> SOAP/XML–RPC – Users
Step 7] Click Add New User from the top.
Step 8] Fill in the User Info of the User and from the User Role select the particular role of the user.
Step 9] Click Save User after you are done entering the details of the User.
Step 10] Log-in to Vision helpdesk Manage Portal,
Settings >>Integrations >> Magento
Domain:
Domain for which the Magento is to be integrated is to be selected from the drop down.
Domain URL:
The domain URL for Magento integration is to be entered here.
Username:
The username for Magento is to be specified here. (From Step 8)
API key:
The API key for Magento is to be specified here. (From Step 8)
Status:
It is possible to enable or disable Magento from here. If Magento is enabled then it will work for the script and if disabled then it will not.
It is possible to perform Mass Action for Magento by selecting it from the listing and can be either enabled or disabled from here.
It is possible to edit or update the particular Magento setting by selecting it from the listing. The changes can be made and it can be
updated from the Update option present at the bottom.
How it works :
1] go to ticket details page & select Magento link under integration section.
2] you will get information of customer profile,details of order & invoice (list contains only those which client mail id match with mail id of ticket owner)
