Steps to integrate Aircall :
Step 1 : Sign in on Aircall, Goto Account >> API Keys >> Add api
Step 2 : To get Call us option on your Vision Helpdesk client portal, you can generate the script.
Steps to generate script :
Step 2.1 : Click on numbers on left side bar of Aircall, Select number
Step 2.2 : Go to Click-to-call option
Step 2.3 : Copy the script, API key (from step 1) and paste it into Helpdesk area
Step 3 : Login to manage portal >> admin setting >> integration >> Aircall >> Add Aircall
Step 4 : Enable the integration from Admin setting >> Role >> Integration
Post Integration :
After enable access permission Aircall will enabled under header launcher menu icon
Staff can see call list, which is done by Aircall calling system.
Staff can convert that calling info to ticket.
-Click on record which you want to convert as ticket.
-Staff can see detail info.
-Click on convert to ticket.
-Select department/ channel if any change, Click on next
-Staff will redirect to ticket creation form.
-Click on submit button, ticket will have created.
Note : Don't refresh page manually.
