Userlike Integration

Features available with the Userlike integration:

    - It provides integration with Userlike, the live chat software that allows you to chat with the visitors of your website in this software.

    - We provide you with the chat box window of chat for online chatting with the clients by integrating it with client portal offered by visionhelpdesk.

    - Staff can see and extract the domain wise chat transcripts on Userlike section from header menu on manage portal.

    - If staff wants to convert the chat conversations into ticket then open particular chat & select convert to ticket option which is at the right side of the page.

      In order to integrate Userlike with this system follow the following steps:

Step 1:-  Login to your Userlike account: https://www.userlike.com/en/

Step 2:-  One can find the access token from Company >> API Settings and on right section you will find API token.

Step 3:-  Copy the script code from Home>>website>>Install stab>>click on Javascript widget code and copy the script code.

Step 4:-  On the Userlike account you need to enable API from config setting>> Addon Settings >>enable API.

Note : You wont be able to enable API in trial version.

Step 5:- Log-in to the manage portal.

Domain: Domain for which Userlike is to be integrated is to be selected from the dropdown.

Integration Title: You can add title for integration

API token: The token that one gets from the Userlike should be entered here. (From Step 2)

Script: You can add the script code from Userlike account here.(From step 3)

Status: The status can be either enabled or disabled from here.

Save: Click on Save button

Once you have done the setting in manage portal ,Userlike window would be available on Client portal wherein client can chat with the staff.

Post Integration -

The staff agents are now able to see all the details of Userlike conversation on the manage portal. The symbol for it gets displayed on the header menu for the manage portal.

Note: If you get access denied error then you need to enable access for userlike .Go to admin Settings>>User>> Role . Here you need to add access for userlike under Integration.



Note: The code which is available for integration to copy/paste at the bottom of your website, just have to paste it before the closing tag. For that the two types of software’s have different process:

SaaS License: - You need to contact the support team.

Download License: - You can store the code given for integration into the template files of your server.
