Features available with the Crisp integration:
- Crisp provides a chat box window on the client portal for online chatting with the clients by integrating it.
- If staff wants to convert their chat conversations into ticket then open particular chat & select
convert to ticket option which is at the right side of the page.
- After the integration with Crisp all the transcripts can be retrieved.
To integrate Crisp with this system follow the following steps:
Step 1:- Login to your Crisp account: https://crisp.im/
Step 2:- Go to My setting >>website>>click website>>Get chat box code copy.
Step 3:- Log-in to the manage portal, Settings >>Integrations >> Crisp.
Domain: You can select the domain for which you want to integrate insightly account.
Integration Title: You can add integration title.
Email: Email for Crisp is to be entered here.
Password: Password for Crisp is to be entered here.
Script: The script is given with your Crisp chat account.(Refer step 2)
Status: The status can be either enabled or disabled from here.
Website: The list of website which is integrated with the Crisp chat can be selected from drop down to view the list of the chats stored with respect to each visitor details.
Post integration
Crisp chat window on client portal post integration.
Click in crisp icon and you can convert the chat into ticket by selcting the same from listing page.
