Steps to integrate Freshbooks :

Step 1:-  Login to your freshbooks Classic account :

https://secure.freshbooks.com/login/

Step 2:-  Go to My Account option and Select Freshbooks API

Step 3:- Copy the Authentication Token

Step 4 : Login to Vision Helpdesk >> Goto admin setting >> Integration >> Freshbooks >> Add

Step 5: Add the Freshbooks domain URL and Access token from step 3

Step 6: After successful integration, Goto admin setting >> Role >> Select the role and enable the integration option.

Post Integration

Integration can be seen over ticket which shows client profile, projects and invoice details. Select the Freshbooks option from Integration option.
